Payment Terms

  1. Payment Schedule: The Client agrees to pay the services acquired according to the following schedule listed on the invoice, proposal, or any other written and signed document provided.

  2. Initial Payment: The Client shall pay a non-refundable deposit of 50% upon signing proposal or agreement.

  3. Milestone Payments: The Client shall make milestone payments of amounts disclosed in any document provided upon completion of specific project milestones as outlined in the project timeline.

  4. Final Payment: The Client shall make the final payment of remaining amount upon completion and delivery of the final project. Unless specified otherwise in signed documents by Brilliant H20.

  5. Payment Method: Payments shall be made via Visa, Master, Debit cards, Bank draft, Etransfer, Apple pay, and Google pay.

  6. Late Payments: In the event that the Client fails to make a payment by the due date, a late fee of 10% of the outstanding amount shall be charged for every 28 days the payment is overdue.

  7. Taxes: All payments made under this agreement are exclusive of any applicable taxes. The Client shall be responsible for any sales tax, VAT, or other taxes imposed on the services provided.

  8. Currency: All payments shall be made in CAD unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.

  9. Refunds: No refunds shall be provided once payments are made, except as required by law.

  10. Disputes: Any disputes regarding payments shall be resolved through an amicable negotiation between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be escalated to mediation or arbitration.

  11. Termination: In the event of termination of any service agreements, the Client shall be responsible for any outstanding payments for services rendered up to the termination date.

  12. Confidentiality: All payment information shared between the parties shall be kept confidential and not disclosed to any third parties.
