Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: 1. Cancellation Policy: - Clients must provide at least [24 hours] notice prior to the scheduled appointment/event to cancel without incurring any fees. - If a cancellation is made within the specified notice period, no cancellation fee will be charged, and any payments made will be fully refunded. - Cancellations made outside the notice period may result in a cancellation fee of [10% of session price]. - In case of unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, clients may be exempt from cancellation fees upon providing valid documentation or proof. 2. Rescheduling Policy: - Clients are allowed to reschedule their appointment/event based on availability and with prior notice of at least [24 hours]. - Rescheduling requests made within [24 hours] the specified notice period will be accommodated without any additional charges. - Rescheduling requests made outside the notice period may incur a rescheduling fee of [10% of session price]. - Multiple rescheduling requests from the same client may be subject to approval based on availability and may incur additional fees. 3. No-Show Policy: - Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment/event without prior notice will be considered a no-show. - Clients who no-show may be charged a no-show fee equivalent to [30% of session price]. - Repeat offenders of no-shows may be required to pre-pay for future appointments/events or may be refused service altogether. 4. Refund Policy: - Refunds for cancellations will be processed within [14 business days] of the cancellation request. - Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction. - Refunds for no-shows or cancellations made outside the notice period may be subject to deductions based on the cancellation policy. 5. Communication Policy: - All cancellation and rescheduling requests must be communicated in writing via email or through our official communication channels. - Any changes to the appointment/event schedule must be confirmed by both parties to ensure mutual understanding and agreement. 6.
